By using Muvix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Muvix is a free Android application that aggregates and indexes publicly available streaming links. It provides a search and browsing interface for movies, TV series, and animated content. Muvix does not host, upload, store, or transmit any media files.

3. Content Disclaimer

All content accessed through Muvix comes from third-party sources. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, or quality of any external content. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Muvix, you agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes
  • Not access content illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app
  • Not use bots or scraping tools to access our services
  • Report broken or problematic content through the app

5. Advertising

Muvix is supported by advertising through the Unity Ads SDK. By using the app, you accept that ads will be displayed. You may opt out of personalized ads in your device settings, but this does not remove ads entirely.

6. Intellectual Property

The Muvix app, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its developers. Content streamed through the app belongs to its respective copyright holders.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Muvix is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muvix and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Muvix developers operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
